Return & Refund Policy:
-If an item is lost in transit then contact us via email and we will work with the shipping provider to locate it. If the Item cannot be found then we will replace the item if possible or refund it.
-If an item(s) arrives damaged then contact us immediately via email with a picture of the damaged item. Upon review we will offer you the option of a store credit for the item(s), a replacement, or a full refund (including shipping).
-If you are not satisfied with the item(s) for any reason contact us via email and we will work with you to find a solution. The Item(s) can be returned in NEW CONDITION and exchanged for a store credit or replaced (buyer pays shipping). The item(s) can also be returned in NEW CONDITION (buyer pays shipping) for a refund (minus original shipping fees).
