Golden Frankincense Boswellia Sacra Resin

Golden frankincense is extracted from the Boswellia tree found in North Africa, India, and Southern Arabia. Frankincense may assist in lifting your mood, easing anxiety, and stress, and it can be used for purification. It can assist in cleansing negative energy, protection, and helping to open your mind for meditation. This product contains 35 grams of resin, mortar and pestle is NOT included. 
 
Use: Place your charcoal disk in a safe dish or an incense burner. Use a lighter or match to light the charcoal until you see ambers. Then place a few resin pieces on top of the charcoal disk.
